Love Above All

Managing Change

Dealing with changes is never an easy task. Changes come in our way from time to time and is inevitable not to be affected by them.

Changes come in our lives to mold us, to help us grow, to make us stronger, to go to a next level but how we endure the changing times is what will be the key of our success or failure.

We can see those times of change as a challenge and accept them or we can try to avoid them at all cost. By avoiding them we may be missing the experience that comes along with them. Most of time we face a change it is for our own good. We may not understand at the moment. Maybe something tragic happens and we can't accept why God allowed that to happen to us. the death of a loved one. How can a loving God allow a mother lose a child for instance,or how is it possible to have a purpose in a husband that dies serving the country leaving behind wife and kids?

That is undoubtedly a tremendous change. It Will probably bring feelings of fear, anger, discouragement, depression and more. How can this change be a good thing?

I can't tell you why those things happen but the way you will deal with them will determine how long you will be there.

We are not alone. God wants us to be closer and closer to Him. He is the one that can help us to overcome every circumstance in life and bring us a new morning. He makes everything new and transform the bad in good.

Keeping a good attitude in times of change will help us look over the present problem and see the best that is still to come. And This is called faith. The best way to deal with changes is to have faith, knowing that this moment will not last forever,
that God is in control of everything and we can rest in Him.

How amazing is to know that we have a Father in heaven that allows moments of change in our lives to make us better?
For example, after a loss of a loved one , you can help comfort others going through that same pain you did.

Or maybe just simple changes, like moving to a new house or country, it is hard at the beginning, but you may find a best friend or even a soul mate.

So don't be discouraged when changes knock at your door. Keep your heart open to God and ask for His help, let Him guide you
and show you the reason why you need to go through this moment. If even after pray you can't understand why you are going through these changes just get closer and closer to God, by meditation in His word, the Bible, and pouring your heart to Him and resting in Him looking forward for what is ahead of you, because the best is still to come and there is no change bigger than God.
